In esoteric philosophy, the Moon symbolizes karmic history and subconscious influences, governing a person’s reactive and emotional behavior in an undeveloped state.
As one embarks on a spiritual journey, the Moon’s influence diminishes, revealing the planet it conceals, which is Vulcan for those awakening spiritually.
Additionally, older Greek pottery often depicts the comic scene of Vulcan’s return to Olympus, humorously portrayed as he rides a donkey, accompanied by Dionysus and satyrs.
Artist symbolism is fun. Working with old esoteric ideals is strange when they come forward is in their dynamic dramas. So, this is my interpretation of the new moon, Vulcan, and Uranus and of course Dionysius.
Praying Mantis steps into the play or mystery very well.
