Stone Face Woman In No Man’s Land Vandalism?

“Images of broken light which dance before me like a million eyes
They call me on and on across the universe
Thoughts meander like a restless wind
Inside a letter box they
Tumble blindly as they make their way
Across the universe

Jai guru deva om
Nothing’s gonna change my world”

I called Simi Valley, Ventura County, LA County and LA City and my representative John Lee and no one wants to claim it in their area or district. It is really a strange thing to deal with. How unorganized our counties and cities are. SO very strange…. So now to find who the property belongs to. When no one is claiming it?

I found an interval or other world …. it is so bazaar.

Note: we found out it is privately owned property. Yet it still seems strangely unlikely..
